32Red is a famous brand on a licence that is not the company most directories still paste. I am reviewing Great Britain play at www.32red.com. The live operator is Platinum Gaming Limited, UKGC account 45322. The old Gibraltar company, 32Red Limited 39430, surrendered its remote casino and betting activities in March 2025. If a comparison page still quotes 39430 as the current house, it is stale.
I tried to open the consumer lobby in October 2026. The request did not return a usable homepage I could quote for a welcome strip, a cashier table, or a footer screenshot. The Public Register still lists www.32red.com as Active on 45322, alongside www.unibet.co.uk. That is the fact I will score. I will not invent a 150% match, a spin count, or a PayPal icon I could not load.
Disclosure. I may be paid if you sign up via links. That fee does not buy the 6.9, and it does not shrink a ten-million-pound penalty. 18+. You can lose.

Two legal persons, one red logo
The search result looks like one casino. The Register is two rows.
Live: Platinum Gaming Limited, account 45322. Head office on the summary I opened in October 2026: Kindred London Ltd, Kindred House, 17 Hartfield Road, London SW19 3SE. Remote bingo, casino, real-event betting, virtual-event betting and pool betting: all Active, all from July 2016. Trading names listed on that summary: none. Domain names listed: five. Premises: none. Regulatory actions: one.
If the footer on the live site does not say Platinum Gaming Limited and 45322, you are not on the GB product this review is about. Stop. Gibraltar and Malta lines on a Kindred group page, if they still exist in the small print, cover other markets. They do not replace 45322 for a British punter.
Dead for GB remote casino: 32Red Limited, account 39430. Head office on that summary: 401 World Trade Centre, Gibraltar. Remote casino and real-event betting: both Surrendered, both originally from November 2014, both ended March 2025. Trading names on 39430 are Inactive, including 32Red and 32RedSport. Domains on 39430 — 32red.com, 32redbingo.com, 32redpoker.com, 32redsport.com — are Inactive. Directories that still print 39430 next to a Join button are quoting a surrendered file.
That split is the whole licence essay. Kindred moved the consumer URL onto Platinum. The old Gibraltar company stopped being the GB remote casino. A punter who bookmarked a 2019 “32Red Limited 39430” article has the wrong legal person. GAMSTOP, KYC and complaints still attach to whoever holds the live remote licence — Platinum, 45322.
Group context, not a substitute licence: Kindred sat inside the FDJ United story in the trade press. Française des Jeux bought the group. The consumer brands still say Unibet and 32Red. The Commission account that matters in Great Britain is Platinum Gaming. I am not reviewing a French lottery. I am not reviewing a Swedish Unibet mirror. I am reviewing the GB remote that the Register still ties to www.32red.com.
Victoria Coren Mitchell’s line, when she left PokerStars, still does the work on a heritage logo: poker has an essentially fair nature; casino games sit at unfavourable odds and can be dangerous for the vulnerable or desperate. Thirty years of red kits and shirt sponsorships do not improve a slot’s expectation. They dress it.

What September 2025 actually attached
I opened the sanctions tab for 45322 in October 2026. There is one live row. It is not small.
Decision: September 2025. Outcomes: warning, financial penalty, additional condition on the operating licence.
The Commission reviewed Platinum Gaming Limited and found that between January 2023 and May 2024 the licensee:
- breached paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of licence condition 12.1.1 — anti-money laundering, prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
- breached licence condition 12.1.2 — AML measures for operators based in foreign jurisdictions
- failed to comply with paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 12 of Social Responsibility Code Provision 3.4.3 — customer interaction
The Commission imposed a warning under section 117 of the Gambling Act 2005, a financial penalty of £10,000,000, and an extra condition under section 117. The licensee co-operated. Co-operation is not a pardon. Ten million pounds is not a parking ticket.
That is why the UKGC component on this card is 5.4, not a 7. A live licence is the gate. The file is the score. 45322 has held remote casino since July 2016. Time in grade would have helped if the 2025 row were a technical-standards self-report. It is an AML and customer-interaction review with a nine-figure-looking penalty in pounds. It is the current home of 32Red.
Sarah Gardner’s July 2026 line on staged Financial Risk Assessments is the market overlay, not a 32Red invention. High-spending customers in difficulty should be supported. Everyone else should not be drowned in paperwork. Platinum already has a public lesson on interaction and AML covering January 2023 to May 2024. If you open a 32Red account in 2026 and then feed it four figures in week one, do not be shocked when the file wakes up. The extra condition exists because the last review said the previous controls were not enough.
I am not going to reprint unverified customer-file anecdotes from blogs as if they were the Commission’s examples. The Register row I opened does not list the individual pound figures the way the Gamesys January 2024 news page does. The legal findings are enough. AML 12.1.1, foreign-jurisdiction 12.1.2, SRCP 3.4.3 across a long list of paragraphs. That is a systems failure, not a single missed email.
Grainne Hurst’s 2026 point about Google still serving “not on GamStop” results is the other edge of the same market. 32Red is on the licensed side of that line. A ten-million-pound scar does not move it onto Curaçao. It means the licensed product can still fail the tests the Commission writes down. Licensed is the floor. It is not a character reference.

The older Kindred bill is not this bill
Trade memory still says Kindred paid about £7.1 million. That package is older news. The split that sits in this site’s notes is 32Red Limited £4,195,655 plus Platinum Gaming £2,937,599. Different legal persons. Different years. Different story.
Do not add £7.1 million to £10 million and tell a punter Platinum paid both as one running total unless the live actions tab says so. The live 45322 row I opened in October 2026 is the £10,000,000 September 2025 decision. It does not reprint the old Unibet-share figure on the same screen. Directories that mash the historic Kindred settlement into the 2025 headline are doing the punter a disservice.
What you should take from the old package is narrower. The group has been here before. 32Red Limited, the surrendered 39430 company, had its own bill. Platinum had an older bill too. The 2025 review is a further Platinum file, not a recap of 39430. If you are reading a 2022 Kindred round-up and thinking the slate was wiped, the September 2025 row is why it was not.
I searched Commission news listings in this pass for a separate consumer article that would quote the ten million in a headline. The search pages did not return a dedicated article body I could cite as a second source. The Register actions tab is the primary source. Believe that. Do not wait for a recap blog to decide whether the penalty exists.
| File | Legal person | What I will say | What I will not say |
|---|---|---|---|
| September 2025, £10,000,000, warning, extra condition | Platinum Gaming 45322 | Live home of www.32red.com | “32Red Limited was fined £10m in 2025” |
| Historic Kindred package, ~£7.1m split | 32Red Ltd £4.2m + Platinum £2.9m | Older group news | A second live 45322 row I did not see in October 2026 |
| 39430 surrender, March 2025 | 32Red Limited | The old company stopped | That the brand left the UK |
Unibet, bingo.com, and the sister-account problem
The domain list for 45322, checked in October 2026:
| Domain | Register status |
|---|---|
| www.32red.com | Active |
| www.unibet.co.uk | Active |
| touch.unibt.co.uk | Active |
| uk.bingo.com | White Label |
| uk-m.bingo.com | White Label |
White label is not “unlicensed”. Active is not “cleaner”. Both are branded routes on the same operating licence. You still get UKGC rules, GAMSTOP, complaints routes, and the same legal entity. You do not get a separate 32Red number to wave around as if Unibet were a different brain.
If you already hold a Unibet GB account, read the duplicate-account clause before you open 32Red. One customer across Kindred brands is the August 2025 evoke lesson in another group’s clothing. Platinum’s 2025 review was AML and interaction, not a group-identity penalty in the 888 sense. The practical advice is the same. Signing up to the red logo because Unibet closed you is not a new life. GAMSTOP on one GB remote brand is GAMSTOP on the rest.
uk.bingo.com as a white label on this account is why bingo sits on 45322 at all. It is not why most people type “32Red casino”. Use bingo if you already live here. Do not open 32Red instead of a Jackpotjoy if rooms were the point.
touch.unibt.co.uk is an Active domain on the same list. Treat it as a Kindred mobile door, not as a second licence. If a SMS or a bookmark ever lands you on a URL whose footer disagrees with 45322, walk.
I am not reviewing Unibet’s sports product as a substitute for this casino card. Mixed-product incentives covering casino and sports in a single pot have been banned in Great Britain from January 2026. A 32Red welcome, if one still exists when the lobby loads, will not lawfully fund a Unibet acca as one carrot. Use Unibet if you wanted a book. Use this review if you wanted the casino.

A welcome I could not load
VERIFY ON OPERATOR. I could not pull a live welcome strip, a dated T&Cs modal, or a promo-code field from 32red.com in October 2026. Affiliate desks in this site’s older notes still sell a 150% match as a licensed percentage in the 10× era. That is directory memory. It is not a quote from a page I opened this month.
After January 2026, 10× is the legal ceiling for bonus funds on a GB incentive. Mixed-product pots are banned. 40× leftover paste from a 2024 round-up is not a lawful GB bonus-fund wager. If 32Red is still selling a match, the lawful shape is at most 10× on bonus funds, one product, named games, named expiry, named max bet. If it is selling spins, the question is coin size, game list, and whether winnings are cash or bonus.
Face-value arithmetic, as a worked example you should rerun on the live strip:
| Shape I have seen in directories | What it means in pounds | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| 150% match up to a cap, 10× | £50 deposit → £75 bonus → £750 through qualifying games | Cap, game weighting, expiry, max bet, wallet carve-outs |
| 100 spins at 10p | £10 of spin value | Named title, whether wins are cash or 10× bonus, clock |
| Older 40× paste | Not a lawful GB bonus-fund wager after January 2026 | Ignore the directory |
I will not score a 150% I could not see. Bonus fairness on this card is 7.2: mid-table, because I will not pretend a Kindred heritage brand has PlayOJO’s 0× culture, and I will not invent a sting I could not read. PlayOJO still sits at 8.6 on this site because cash spins are how the site behaves, not because a blog said 32Red was “generous”.
No promo code sat on any operator page I could open. Miss an opt-in and you will not get a retrospective credit I can evidence. NETELLER, Skrill and PayPal are routinely carved out of GB welcomes even when they sit on the cashier. If the live T&Cs exclude wallets, do not fund the first deposit with a wallet and then argue with chat.
Liv Boeree’s 2025 remark on digital casino products as “dopamine exploitation” fits a match bonus with a grind better than it fits a 0× pile. A 10× ceiling is still homework. It is legal homework. It is not a gift.
Kindred rails, not a 60-second guarantee
I did not run a funded cashout in October 2026. I will not invent a stopwatch.
Banking on this card is 7.8. That is the highest weight doing real work after the licence scar. It is not a 9.1. Paddy Power Games still owns Pay by Bank after the first cashout on this site’s ranking. MrQ still owns a written 60-second processing guarantee. 32Red is a household Kindred door. Household doors in this market usually mean debit cards, often Apple Pay, sometimes PayPal, sometimes Open Banking, credit cards never.
Credit cards remain banned for remote GB gambling since April 2020. Closed-loop applies: cash out the way you paid in, up to the member balance on that rail. Apple Pay is usually deposit-only. First cashout waits on KYC regardless of what a banner said about speed. Source-of-wealth sits behind larger withdrawals. Staged Financial Risk Assessments from July 2026 sit on top of that.
| Rail | What I can source today | What I will not pretend |
|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard debit | Ordinary GB default | Instant arrival at every issuer |
| PayPal | Often listed on Kindred round-ups; not seen on a live 32Red cashier this month | A PayPal-casino ranking until the cashier shows it |
| Apple Pay | Typical iOS deposit | A payout to Apple Pay |
| Pay by Bank / Trustly | Possible on a Kindred stack | Paddy’s published first-time hold copied onto 32Red |
| Paysafecard | Unverified here | A voucher ranking I would give Betfred if the live cashier still shows it |
| Credit card | Banned | The 2020 rule is not optional |
Minimums in this market are commonly £10. I will not invent a maximum or a VIP one-day clock. VERIFY ON OPERATOR inside the cashier once it renders.
The pending window is the part directories skip. A request can sit in processing while the operator finishes identity checks. Trustpilot pages in this sector fill up with people who treated “pending” as “stolen”. Sometimes it is a delay. Sometimes it is a source-of-funds letter. Sometimes it is a closed account after a duplicate-brand collision. Complete KYC before you need the money. Keep copies. Do not plan a household bill around a first 32Red cashout I could not time.
Customer-funds protection, if the live T&Cs still claim it, will be one of the Commission’s published categories. I could not quote the medium/high sentence from a footer I could not load. Do not take an old “not protected” Curaçao smear and paste it onto 45322. Do not take a “no KYC” smear either. This is a UKGC remote. Instant Bank, if they offer it, is not a Nordic loophole. The bank is doing part of the identification. The operator still stores it. GAMSTOP still matches it.
Deposits are the easy half. Withdrawals are the review. I am scoring 7.8 because a Kindred-scale GB remote usually has more than one rail and a working payout desk, not because I logged a four-hour Visa Fast Funds test this month. If the live cashier is thinner than that when you open it, the 7.8 will have been too kind. Today the lobby would not load for me, so the mark rests on the licence type and the market, with a VERIFY flag on the icons.
The lobby I am not going to fake
Games on this card are 8.2. That is the high mark. 32Red has been a proper GB casino in public memory: slots, live tables, jackpots, sometimes bingo and a sports tab next door. I did not count titles in October 2026. I will not reprint a “3,000 games” claim from a 2024 affiliate as if I walked the aisle.
What I will say, without pretending I had the lobby open:
The usual UK aggregator set — Pragmatic, Playtech, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Evolution live, Blueprint / Jackpot King style networked pots — is what a Kindred GB brand historically stocked. RNG fairness is the licence baseline. A dry session is not a fix. A win is not a character reference. Demo mode, where a studio allows it, shows a feature set. It is not a test of RTP.
Jackpot tiles, if they still sit in the nav, are networked products. Confirm weighting before you treat a welcome spin as a jackpot ticket. An overlay is a side-bet. Victoria Coren Mitchell’s unfavourable-odds distinction does not get kinder because a meter is large. Daily pots that “must drop” by a clock are a different product again: a qualifying player gets the drop, not you specifically. I will not reprint a live meter as a promise.
Live roulette, blackjack and game-shows are why some people still type the name. They are still house games. Evolution or Playtech in the tray does not make Platinum’s 2025 file prettier. It makes the product real.
Mobile is browser-first in this market. An app, if Kindred still ships one, is a convenience, not a different casino. If the store listing and the website footer ever disagree on Platinum Gaming Limited, believe the footer and walk. “32Red login” is a high related search because people already have a Kindred account, or think they do, or are coming back after a cool-off. Speed of login does not replace identity checks.
Support: live chat is the public route on brands of this size. I did not time a ticket. Phone is not a selling point I can evidence this month. IBAS sits after the in-house complaints process on licensed GB remotes. Use the operator first. Then the published ADR. Then the Commission’s complaints path if you must. Do not skip the in-house step and then shout about the regulator.
Responsible-gaming tools belong on every GB remote: deposit limits actually named deposit limits from September 2026, reality checks, time-outs, self-exclusion, GAMSTOP. Operator strips may still name BeGambleAware. That consumer service closed March 2026. GamCare 0808 8020 133 is the number. TalkBanStop and Gamban are extras some Kindred pages have named in the past. I will not list them as live 32Red tools until the responsible-gambling URL loads.
What Trustpilot would not tell me
I attempted Trustpilot for www.32red.com in October 2026. The profile returned 403. I am not inventing a star rating. I am not citing a 1.3 or a 4.1 I did not see.
Reputation on this card is 6.2. That is not a Trustpilot paste. It rests on a household name, a surrendered previous company that still confuses search, a £10 million 2025 row, and a lobby I could not open this month. Heritage brands in this market often sit on ugly Trustpilot pages because KYC and withdrawals generate volume. An ugly page is a signal. A 403 is a gap. I will not fill the gap with a competitor’s number.
Reddit and AskGamblers exist. The repeating complaint shape on large GB remotes is familiar even without a scrape: documents after a win, closed accounts, sister-site collisions, pending cashouts, chat that repeats a script. A minority report that the money arrived. I am not going to pretend 32Red is uniquely saintly or uniquely crooked among Kindred doors until a profile loads.
Would I play here with my own money? Only if I specifically wanted this lobby, after KYC, with a deposit limit on, and I had read the September 2025 row aloud to myself. Not because a shirt sponsorship made it look British. Not as a way around a Unibet flag. Not because a directory still quoted 39430.
Who I would still open this for
I would use 32Red if I wanted a long-standing Kindred GB casino URL, live tables, and a brand I already knew how to read — and I was willing to live with Platinum 45322’s £10 million file.
I would not use it as a speed cashier in the MrQ sense. I would not use it because a directory still prints 39430. I would not use it because an old page said 40× or “no wagering” on a match I could not see. I would not open it to dodge Unibet. I would not treat the historic ~£7.1 million Kindred package as the live row.
Who I left out of the banner on purpose:
- PlayOJO — higher on this site, 0× as a rule. Honest alternative.
- Paddy Power Games — Pay by Bank, 9.1, different group.
- Unibet.co.uk — same 45322 account. Not an alternative. A sister.
- Unlicensed “32Red” clones — out.
The 6.9 is not a boycott. Style-guide territory: below 7.5 I would not put a brand in a category top five without a reason. The reason here is that people still search the name, the domain is still Active, and the review has to say which company holds it. It is not a recommendation to increase your stake.
How I scored this page
Same six weights as the rest of the site. Applied late so the September 2025 row could speak before the decimal.
| Factor | Weight | What 32Red actually scored on |
|---|---|---|
| Payouts & banking | 25% | Kindred-scale GB remote, 7.8; live cashier not loaded this month; credit cards banned |
| UKGC record & player protection | 20% | Live 45322 from July 2016; £10,000,000 September 2025, warning, extra condition; 39430 surrendered March 2025 |
| Player reputation | 20% | Household name, messy search, Trustpilot 403. Mark 6.2 without a fabricated star |
| Bonus fairness | 15% | Live welcome not loaded. 7.2 as a mid-table Kindred shape, not as a quoted 150% |
| Games & product | 10% | Deep GB casino in public memory. High mark on the card. Lobby not counted this month |
| Support & account experience | 10% | Chat expected; KYC expected; ticket not timed. 7.0 |
Worked example:
- Banking 7.8 × 0.25 = 1.95
- UKGC file 5.4 × 0.20 = 1.08
- Reputation 6.2 × 0.20 = 1.24
- Bonus 7.2 × 0.15 = 1.08
- Games 8.2 × 0.10 = 0.82
- Support 7.0 × 0.10 = 0.70
Total 6.87, shown as 6.9. Verdict: a working Kindred brand on the wrong company number in half the directories, with a live ten-million-pound scar. It is not a category leader on this site.
Gate: UKGC live. Checked October 2026. Domain Active on 45322.
FAQ
Safer play
Set a deposit limit before the first spin. From September 2026 licensees must offer limits that are actually named deposit limits. Reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion should sit in the same toolset. A famous logo is not a reason to skip them.
If you need to stop: GamCare 0808 8020 133, GAMSTOP, Gordon Moody, NHS gambling support. Operator strips may still name BeGambleAware. That consumer service closed March 2026. Use the list above.
This is a review of a licensed operator, not advice to test a ten-million-pound file with money you cannot spare. You can lose.
