The footer named LeoVegas Gaming PLC and UKGC account 39198. The lobby loaded Sports, Casino and Live Casino in one bar. The welcome strip printed a casino path and a sports path side by side. After January 2026 those are two products. You pick one.

I am reviewing the GB site. I am not reviewing BetMGM in New Jersey, Michigan, or anywhere a US joint venture holds a state licence. I am not reviewing leovegas.co.uk as if it were this URL. I am not inventing a 24-hour cashout I did not time.

The domain list for 39198, October 2026, is short and specific.

Active: betmgm.co.uk, leovegas.co.uk, pinkcasino.co.uk, slotboss.co.uk, 21.co.uk, betuk.com.

Inactive on the same account: bingogodz.com, bingoloopy.com, bingos.co.uk, leovegas.com, www.leovegas.com.

That is the sister-site map. LeoVegas is the factory brand. Pink Casino and SlotBoss are the volume skins. 21.co.uk and BetUK sit on the same file. BetMGM is the Vegas coat. One customer across those URLs is one customer on 39198. The August 2025 group-identity penalty on evoke is a different plc. The lesson is the same. Do not open Pink because BetMGM set a limit.

leovegas.com is Inactive on this GB account. If a search result still sends you to a .com LeoVegas that is not leovegas.co.uk, check the footer before you deposit. The GB remote is the .co.uk cluster on 39198.

MGM / Entain JV language belongs to the US product and to brand licensing. The GB licensee is LeoVegas Gaming PLC. Entain’s UK shops and Ladbrokes/Coral remotes are other accounts. Do not paste an Entain penalty onto 39198 unless the Register does. It did not, in this pass.

August 2022 sits in the file, not on the live tab

Regulatory actions on 39198, October 2026: no regulatory actions have been recorded for this business. Blank is not a Flutter settlement. It is also not amnesia.

The operator file this site still has to disclose is LeoVegas £1.32 million, August 2022, social responsibility and AML. That package sits on the company, not on a BetMGM-only vehicle. The live actions tab no longer reprints the row. Saferwager-style licence checks in August 2026 recorded no current enforcement against this holder. Both can be true. The live tab is empty. The 2022 settlement is why UKGC on this card is 7.8, not a 9.4 I am not allowed to invent.

Live copy named tables from Bellagio and MGM Grand, plus BetMGM Roulette, Exclusive Speed Blackjack, Crazy Time Live, Lightning Roulette, Mega Fire Blaze Roulette, Bellagio Roulette, MONOPOLY Roulette Live, Wonderland Lucky Ball, Family Feud Live.

MGM Millions is sold as a pooled jackpot that can drop from ordinary casino games. Amounts move. I am not reprinting a meter as a promise. Read the jackpot T&Cs before you treat a welcome spin as a ticket. The casino welcome is Big Bass Splash only. It is not a Millions ticket unless the live rules say so. They did not, on the strip I opened.

Reputation on this card is still 8.4. That is high for a UK remote, and it is not a star paste I could not open. It rests on a live Active domain, a dated welcome I could read, an empty live sanctions tab, and the absence of a 2024–25 penalty row of the 888 shape. If the live profile is uglier than that when it next loads, the 8.4 will have to argue with it. Today it could not.

Would I play here with my own money? Yes, if I wanted the Vegas live tables and a LeoVegas cashier, after KYC, with a deposit limit on, and no household bill sitting on the first withdrawal. Not because a directory said 12–24 hours. Not as a way around GAMSTOP on Pink or LeoVegas.
