666 Casino is the brand directories still sell as a UKGC Aspire skin. I opened www.666casino.com in October 2026. The lobby loaded. The footer did not say AG Communications. It said Jupiter Gaming Limited, 9 Bond Street, Jersey, Gambling Commission licence 67098, software by iGamingCloud Limited 44073. That is not a rounding error. It is a different legal person.
I am reviewing the URL people type. I am not reviewing a Curaçao 666 clone. I am not pretending the old Aspire account still hosts this domain. I am not recommending play on the strength of a directory card that still prints 39483.
Disclosure. I may be paid if you sign up via links. That does not buy the 6.2, and it does not turn an Inactive 39483 row into a live one. 18+. You can lose.

Directories still sell 39483. The Register does not.
This is the sentence the review has to lead with, because it is the sentence comparison pages skip.
Look up AG Communications LimitedAG, account 39483. Head office: St George’s Business Centre, Level 5, St George’s Road, St Julians STJ 3200, Malta. The legal name on the Register still concatenates Limited and AG. That is their filing, not my typo.
Remote activities on 39483, October 2026, are still Active: casino from November 2014, real-event betting from September 2017, bingo from August 2019. Premises: none. Regulatory actions: one live settlement row, plus a 2022 file this brand already had. Trading name on the summary I opened: aspireglobal, Active. That is the factory name. It is not a consumer URL.
Then open the domain list for 39483. Seventy-eight names. Zero Active. The list is a graveyard of Aspire skins: karamba.com, hopa.com, playfrank.com, magicred.com, mrluck.com, redcasino.com, dreamjackpot.com, kingcasino.com, and www.666casino.com, all tagged Inactive. Directories that still sell “666 Casino, UKGC 39483” are quoting a factory that no longer lists this URL as live.
Licence activities can stay Active while every consumer domain on the account is grey. That is how a white-label factory looks after it has stopped putting British punters through those front doors. It is not a reason to deposit. If the only number you have is 39483, and the domain list says Inactive, you do not have a GB product. You have a memory.
I would not use this URL on the strength of 39483. That is the brief, and the Register still agrees with it. The next section is why the story did not end there in October 2026.
Grainne Hurst’s 2026 point about Google freely ranking “not on GamStop” results is the market context, not a loophole. An Inactive Register domain is how a famous name becomes a search-tax. Unlicensed 666 clones will keep appearing. Licensed 39483 is not a clone. It is also not a live consumer door. Do not flatten those two facts.

Jupiter 67098 is the live footer
The site I actually opened named a Jersey company.
Jupiter Gaming Limited, account 67098. Head office: 9 Bond Street, Jersey. Remote bingo, casino, real-event betting and virtual-event betting: all Active, all from August 2025. Premises: none. Regulatory actions on the live tab I opened: none recorded. Trading names on 67098: listed, and tagged Inactive. Domain 666casino.com: Active.
That is a young GB remote. August 2025 is not November 2014. Time in grade on 39483 belonged to Aspire. Time in grade on 67098 is months, not a decade. A blank sanctions tab on a thirteen-month-old Jersey account is not a character reference. It is the absence of a published file. It is also why I will not pretend Jupiter paid AG Communications’ £1.4 million. Different legal person. Same consumer name. The Commission expects you to notice.
Software, per the live footer: iGamingCloud Limited, account 44073, Malta. Gambling software activity Active on that account. That is the platform credit, not a second casino licence for the punter. If the footer ever drops 67098, stop. If it ever puts 39483 back without the Register flipping www.666casino.com to Active, stop twice.
Other names on the 67098 domain list I could read: dreamjackpot.com, kingcasino.com, ladbet.com, ladcasino.com, mrluck.com, redcasino.com, ivycasino.com, oreels.com, rosecasino.com. Several of those strings still sit Inactive on 39483. Jupiter looks, on this pass, like a Jersey vehicle that picked up old Aspire fascias. That is a sister-site map, not a trivia quiz. Do not open Mr Luck because 666 set a limit. GAMSTOP on 67098 is GAMSTOP on the cluster that 67098 actually holds.
The brief’s rule still holds in spirit: do not recommend play unless a live footer matches an Active GB Register domain. In October 2026 the footer matched 67098, and 666casino.com was Active there. That is a narrower green light than “Aspire is fine.” It is not a recommendation to make this your first UK account. It is a statement that the URL is not, on this fetch, an unlicensed clone. The 6.2 exists because the brand just left a repeat-operator file, the new account is young, the promotions page would not render, and directories are still selling the wrong number.
If you hold an old 666 account from the Aspire years, do not assume Jupiter inherited your balance, your limits, or your complaints history as a courtesy. Ask in writing. A licence transfer is not a memory wipe. It is also not automatically a new life. Source-of-wealth letters have longer memories than marketing sites.

Two AG Communications settlements, kept in the past tense
I opened the sanctions tab for 39483 in October 2026. The live row is a regulatory settlement. Decision: February 2025. News coverage followed in March 2025. Outcomes: payment in lieu of a financial penalty, divestment, Commission costs, public statement.
The Commission reviewed AG Communications Limited after a compliance assessment. Failings sat in AML and social-responsibility controls. The LCCP list on the actions text I opened:
- Licence condition 12.1.1 paragraph 3 — anti-money laundering
- Social Responsibility Code Provision 3.4.3 paragraphs 1, 4, 7, 9 and 11 — remote customer interaction
- SRCP 3.9.1 (1) — identification of individual customers, remote
- LC 4.2.1 (1) — disclosure to customers
- LC 15.2.1 (15) — reporting key events
- SRCP 4.2.6 (1) — display of rules
- SRCP 3.5.3 (1) — self-exclusion, remote
Period: roughly May 2023 to October 2024, with the self-exclusion failing running October 2022 to May 2024. Payment in lieu: £1,407,834. The public statement is in AG Communications Limited’s name. That is the factory, not Jupiter’s Jersey brass plate.
A second file sits in this brand’s history: £237,600 in 2022. Repeat operator. I am not going to pretend the 2025 settlement was a first offence. I am also not going to paste 2022 onto 67098 as if Jupiter wrote the cheque. Directories that still say “666 Casino was fined £1.4 million” are attaching a previous legal person to a current URL. The useful sentence is narrower. The name had a previous operator. That operator had two public scars. The new account started in August 2025. A thirteen-month-old Jersey company with no recorded actions is a better protection story than 39483. It is not a better story than a household name that has held 2014 activities without a 2025 settlement of this size.
Sarah Gardner’s July 2026 line on staged Financial Risk Assessments is the overlay on any new cashier. High spenders in difficulty should be supported. Everyone else should not be drowned in paperwork. A Jersey start date does not exempt 67098 from that. It just means the letter, when it comes, arrives after the brand has already taught the Commission what Aspire’s interaction and self-exclusion looked like.
Victoria Coren Mitchell’s distinction still holds on a three-sixes URL: casino games sit at unfavourable odds and can be dangerous for the vulnerable or desperate. A licence migration does not improve the house edge. It changes who answers the complaint.
| File | Legal person | What I will say | What I will not say |
|---|---|---|---|
| February 2025, £1,407,834, AML + SR + self-exclusion + group ID | AG Communications 39483 | Live row on the old factory | “Jupiter was fined £1.4m” |
| £237,600, 2022 | AG Communications | Repeat-operator history | A second live 67098 row |
| Blank actions tab, October 2026 | Jupiter Gaming 67098 | No recorded actions on the new account | A character reference for the brand |
Twenty spins, and a promotions page that would not load
The logged-out homepage strip in October 2026 was small, named, and sharp.
18+ new players only. First deposit offer: deposit and wager £20 on Big Bass Splash for 20 spins. Wagering must be completed within 7 days of deposit. Spins awarded on Big Bass Splash. 0× wagering on winnings. BeGambleAware named. Full T&Cs apply.
Face value depends on the spin size, which that strip did not print. Twenty spins on Big Bass Splash after you have already deposited and wagered £20 is not a match bonus. It is a named-slot pile with a seven-day clock on the qualifying wager. 0× on winnings, if the strip is accurate, is the honest part. After January 2026, 10× is the legal ceiling for bonus funds. 0× on spin wins sits on the right side of that line. A missing spin denomination is not a rounding error. VERIFY ON OPERATOR before you treat this as a £20 free pile. If the spins are 10p, face value is £2. If they are 20p, £4. I will not invent the figure the strip omitted.
The dedicated promotions URL loaded a shell and a “Loading…” state. I could not pull a second tile, a wagering table, or a max-bet line from that page. I am not filling it from a directory. Directories still drift toward larger Aspire-era packages. Believe the homepage strip I could read. Do not believe a 200-spin landing from 2024.
You pick one welcome. Mixed-product pots covering casino and sports in a single incentive are banned. 67098 holds a real-event betting activity from August 2025. That does not merge a Big Bass strip into a football acca. Use a licensed book if you wanted a coupon. Use this review if you wanted the lobby.
Liv Boeree’s 2025 line on digital casino products as “dopamine exploitation” fits a seven-day, named-slot, first-deposit pile better than it fits a 30-day 10× grind. 0× at least does not add homework. It does not make Big Bass Splash a fair game. Twenty spins after £20 of qualifying activity is entertainment packaging. It is not a reason to raise a deposit limit.
The operator still names BeGambleAware and www.begambleaware.org next to the strip, and still prints 0808 8020 133 against that brand. That consumer service closed in March 2026. I quote their T&Cs as theirs. Our help list is GamCare, GAMSTOP, Gordon Moody, NHS. A stale help brand on a 2025 Jersey licence is a tell. It is not, by itself, a reason to call the site unlicensed.
No promo code sat on the homepage strip I opened. The CTA is join and deposit. Miss the seven-day wager window and you will be writing to support for nothing I can evidence as a retrospective.
| Item | Official figure, October 2026 | In pounds |
|---|---|---|
| Qualifying first deposit | £20, then wagered on Big Bass Splash | Your money |
| Extra grind | Wager the £20 within 7 days | Not a second deposit, a turnover clock |
| Number of spins | 20 on Big Bass Splash | Face value VERIFY — denomination not on the strip |
| Wagering on spin wins | 0×, per the strip | Cash, if the strip survives the T&Cs |
| Expiry on the qualifying wager | 7 days from deposit | Unused eligibility dies |
| Promotions page | Shell, did not render | No second tile I will invent |
Worked arithmetic if someone still tried to play a stale 35× or 40× match from an old Aspire directory: £100 bonus × 35 = £3,500 through qualifying slots. After January 2026 that shape is not a lawful GB bonus-fund offer. Do not do it. The live strip I saw is twenty spins, 0× on winnings, seven days. That is the one I will score. Bonus fairness on this card is 6.4 because the strip is small and incomplete, the promotions page failed, and the factory history is not a generosity story.

Rails I will not invent
I did not run a timed cashout. I did not get a logged-out cashier table with hours against each rail. The homepage essay claims “secure deposit methods” and “smooth and secure transactions” without naming Visa, PayPal, or Open Banking in the chunk I could quote. Payment Methods sits in the footer. I am not pasting an Aspire-era rail list as if Jupiter inherited it.
What I will say, because it is market law rather than a 666 FAQ:
- Credit cards remain banned for remote GB gambling since April 2020.
- Closed-loop applies: cash out the way you paid in, up to the member transaction balance on that rail.
- Apple Pay is usually deposit-only in this market.
- KYC sits in front of the first payout. A thirteen-month-old Jersey account does not skip it.
- From September 2026 licensees must offer limits that are actually named deposit limits. Use them before the first twenty-pound qualifying wager, not after.
Banking on this card is 6.8. That is not a 9 I am not allowed to invent. Paddy Power Games still scores higher overall because Pay by Bank is a published product. 666, on this pass, is a lobby with an unnamed cashier. In my book that is a reason to complete verification before you need the money, not a reason to raise the stake.
Sarah Gardner’s FRA overlay will feel sharper on a young account that just inherited a famous URL. High spenders in difficulty get more scrutiny. Everyone else should not get a document trawl for a £20 slot session. Jupiter has not published a public FRA failure. It has also not published a public FRA success. I am not inventing either.
If a directory still prints “instant withdrawals” against 666, treat it as marketing until you have a timestamp. I have none.
| Rail / claim | What I can source today | What I will not pretend |
|---|---|---|
| Debit Visa / Mastercard | Ordinary GB default; not timed here | A 10-minute cashout I did not run |
| PayPal / e-wallets | Not evidenced on the logged-out strip | A welcome that includes them |
| Pay by Bank / Open Banking | Not evidenced | A Paddy-style 90-minute first cashout |
| Credit card | Banned for remote GB play | A 39483-era loophole |
| First cashout | KYC will sit in front | “No verification” as a selling point |
Customer funds protection is a Register category, not a slogan. I did not pull Jupiter’s published rating in this pass. Medium is the usual remote line. I am not inventing high protection to dress a 6.2.
A lobby that still looks like Aspire
The product is why the URL still searches.
Nav in October 2026: New, Slots, Megaways, plus Live Casino, Blackjack, Roulette in the footer taxonomy. Hot slots, Drops & Wins, Play’n GO rails. Featured titles while I had the page open included Fishin Frenzy Lure Em In, Big Bass Splash, Book of Dead, Gold Blitz Express, King Kong Splash, Gates of Olympus, Reactoonz, Eye of Horus variants, Immortal Romance. New tiles included Gates of Olympus 2500, Sweet Bonanza 2500, The Goonies Quest for Treasure 3. That is a current GB aggregator catalogue, not a 2014 screenshot.
Live copy on the same URL: live blackjack, live baccarat, live roulette, Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Deal or No Deal. RNG tables sit beside them. Game-show live is why a “thousands of games” claim can be true without meaning thousands of unique slots.
Jackpot King and Megaways filters exist in the rail. Confirm weighting before you treat a welcome spin as a jackpot ticket. The homepage strip names Big Bass Splash only. Do not assume a progressive is in the selected-games list.
RNG fairness is the licence baseline. A dry session is not a fix. A win is not a character reference. The operator’s own FAQ says demo versions are not allowed for GB under UKGC rules, so everything on the lobby is real-money. That is ordinary in 2026. It is also why twenty welcome spins are not a test of RTP.
Mobile is browser-first. I did not complete an app-store install in this pass. If the app listing and the website footer ever disagree on Jupiter versus AG Communications, believe the footer and walk.
Games on this card are 7.4. That is the high mark on a 6.2 overall. The lobby is why people type the query. The file is why I will not put it in a top three I would actually use.
Slingo, scratch, and branded Hollywood tiles pad catalogues the way they do at every large UKGC shop. I would play here, if I played here at all, for a named slot I already know, not because a three-sixes logo appeared in the rail.
Who this is for — and who it is not
I would use 666 Casino only if I had already confirmed, that day, that the footer still said Jupiter Gaming and 67098, that 666casino.com was still Active on that account, and that I wanted a deep aggregator lobby on a young Jersey licence.
I would not use it because a directory still prints 39483. I would not use it as a speed cashier. I would not use it to dodge an old Aspire flag. I would not treat twenty Big Bass spins as a reason to skip deposit limits. I would not open Mr Luck or Red Casino on the same cluster because 666 felt tight.
Who I left out of the banner on purpose: Karamba and Hopa as if they were still live 39483 doors (they are Inactive on that list). Unlicensed “666” clones. Sky Casino (different use-case, Flutter, 8.3). 888 (evoke, different scar). They are the SERP tax on a famous number.
Would I play here with my own money? Not as a first account. Not while the promotions page is a spinner and the spin denomination is missing. Possibly as a curiosity if I already understood the 39483-to-67098 move and I was prepared to complete KYC before I needed a tenner back. In my book that is a research visit, not a recommendation.
Player reputation on this card is 5.8. I could not load Trustpilot for www.666casino.com in October 2026: 403. I am not inventing 1.4 from an Aspire-era scrape. I am not inventing 4.2 from an about-us widget. The 5.8 exists because the brand has two public Commission files on the previous operator, a young successor account, and a complaint pattern I will not fake. When the live profile loads, the 5.8 will have to argue with it. Today it could not.
Support is 6.4. Chat and contact sit in the nav. I did not time a ticket. IBAS is the licensed ADR after the in-house process. A Jersey company can still offer a UK contact path. A +44 number, if they print one, is not a land-based casino.
How I scored this page
Same six weights as the rest of the site. Applied late so the file could speak first.
How I rate UK casinos
Every brand on this site is scored /10 on the same six factors. A commercial relationship can pay for the review. It does not buy the ranking.
“ PAYOUTS & BANKING 25% UKGC RECORD & PLAYER PROTECTION 20% PLAYER REPUTATION 20% BONUS FAIRNESS 15% GAMES & PRODUCT 10% SUPPORT & ACCOUNT EXPERIENCE 10% “
Gate: UKGC licence (live or temporarily suspended). Offshore operators are out.
Last tested: October 2026 · Register: gamblingcommission.gov.uk · Player sources: Trustpilot (403 this pass)
| Factor | Weight | What 666 actually scored on |
|---|---|---|
| Payouts & banking | 25% | No timed cashout; no public rail table I could quote; KYC in front |
| UKGC record & player protection | 20% | 39483 Inactive domain + £1.4m February 2025; live door is 67098 from August 2025, blank actions tab |
| Player reputation | 20% | Trustpilot 403, October 2026; brand scar is the score |
| Bonus fairness | 15% | £20 / 20 Big Bass spins / 0× on winnings / 7 days; denomination missing; promotions page failed |
| Games & product | 10% | Deep GB aggregator lobby, live tables, Megaways. The high mark on the card |
| Support & account experience | 10% | Contact exists; stale BeGambleAware; I did not time a queue |
Worked example:
- Banking 6.8 × 0.25 = 1.70
- UKGC file 5.0 × 0.20 = 1.00
- Reputation 5.8 × 0.20 = 1.16
- Bonus 6.4 × 0.15 = 0.96
- Games 7.4 × 0.10 = 0.74
- Support 6.4 × 0.10 = 0.64
Total 6.20, shown as 6.2. Verdict: a working GB URL on a young Jersey account, sitting on top of an Aspire graveyard. It is not a category leader on this site. It is not an unlicensed clone on this fetch. It is not a first-account recommendation.
Gate: UKGC live on 67098 for the URL I opened. Checked October 2026. If the footer and the Register diverge again, the 6.2 is the least of your problems. Walk.
FAQ
Safer play
Set a deposit limit before the first spin. From September 2026 licensees must offer limits that are actually named deposit limits. Reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion should sit in the same toolset. Twenty welcome spins are not a reason to skip them.
If you need to stop: GamCare 0808 8020 133, GAMSTOP, Gordon Moody, NHS gambling support. Operator strips may still name BeGambleAware. That consumer service closed March 2026. Use the list above.
This is a review of a licensed operator, not advice to test a Jersey migration with money you cannot spare. You can lose.
