Grand Ivy is a front door, not a private UK house. I am reviewing Great Britain play at www.grandivy.com. The live operator is White Hat Gaming Limited, UKGC account 52894. The Register lists the domain as a White Label. The actions tab, in October 2026, printed no regulatory actions recorded. That combination — licensed factory, clean tab, thin consumer URL — is the 7.4.
I tried to open the site in October 2026. CloudFront returned 403: request blocked. I could not quote a footer, a welcome integer, or a cashier icon. Directories still sell £20 / 75 spins. That is directory memory. It is VERIFY ON OPERATOR until a lobby loads. I will not promote a spin count I could not see, and I will not pretend a 403 is a closed licence. The Register still lists the domain.
Disclosure. I may be paid if you sign up via links. That fee does not buy the 7.4. 18+. You can lose.

White Hat 52894, not Aspire 39483
This is the mix-up I am here to kill.
White Hat Gaming Limited, account 52894. Head office on the summary I opened: Cornerstone Business Centre, Mosta MST 1180, Malta. Remote bingo, casino, gambling software, real-event betting and virtual-event betting: all Active, all from October 2018. Trading name recorded: white hat gaming, Active. Domain names listed: 39. Premises: none. Regulatory actions: none recorded.
AG Communications Limited, account 39483, is a different Malta factory. That is the Aspire Global stack this site’s 666 Casino brief attaches to a February 2025 settlement. Grand Ivy is not on 39483. Do not paste Aspire’s penalty onto White Hat because both are Maltese and both run skins. Do not paste White Hat’s clean tab onto 666 because both have ivy-or-luck energy in a blog title. Legal persons are not vibes.
If the footer on grandivy.com, when it loads, does not say White Hat Gaming Limited and 52894, you are not on the GB product this review is about. Stop. A Mosta address is incorporation. The GB remote licence is the protection that matters. Gibraltar stories on other brands do not replace 52894 here.
Software on the licence is why White Hat can look like a platform as well as a casino operator. A gambling-software activity from October 2018 is not a reason to treat Grand Ivy as a B2B page. It is why the same account can hold many consumer domains without each one being a separate company. Thirty-nine names is the map. It is also the sister-site warning.
Victoria Coren Mitchell’s unfavourable-odds distinction still holds on a boutique URL. Casino games sit at odds that can be dangerous for the vulnerable or desperate. A quieter brand than 32Red does not improve the expectation. It just searches less often.

39 domains and a white-label sticker
The domain list for 52894, checked in October 2026, is long. Active consumer domains on the same account include:
| Domain | Register status |
|---|---|
| www.21prive.com | Active |
| www.diamond7casino.com | Active |
| www.gdaycasino.com | Active |
| www.hellocasino.com | Active |
| www.skolcasino.com | Active |
| www.slotnite.com | Active |
| www.grandivy.com | White Label |
| www.playgrand.com | White Label |
Inactive and further white-label rows pad the rest of the 39. I am not going to reprint every leftover URL as a shopping list. The point is simpler. Grand Ivy is not the operator’s flagship Active door. 21Prive, Diamond7, Gday, Hello, Skol and Slotnite are. White label still means licensed. It still means the same 52894 brain. It does not mean a unique Grand Ivy company was fined, or not fined, on its own.
If you already hold 21Prive or Slotnite, read the duplicate-account clause before you open Ivy. One White Hat customer across skins is the same lesson as Gamesys and Kindred, just with less famous wallpaper. GAMSTOP on any GB remote brand catches the rest. Signing up to Grand Ivy because Hello Casino set a limit is not a new life.
playgrand.com as another white label on the list is why “Grand” searches collide. Do not assume playgrand and grandivy are different licences. Check the footer. Believe 52894.
I am not reviewing 21Prive’s VIP pitch as a substitute for this card. I am not reviewing Skol as an Aussie-feeling skin. Those URLs are sisters. They share the actions tab — which, today, is empty. They share KYC. They share GAMSTOP.
Grainne Hurst’s 2026 point about Google freely ranking “not on GamStop” results is the market edge, not a recommendation to leave 52894. Grand Ivy, if the domain still serves GB, sits on the licensed side. A CloudFront 403 from my fetch is not proof the site is unlicensed. It is proof I could not read the consumer page this month. Licensed clones on Curaçao that borrowed “Ivy” in the title are the SERP tax. Out.

A clean actions tab, read twice
I opened the sanctions tab for 52894 in October 2026. The page said: No regulatory actions have been recorded for this business.
Blank is not a Flutter settlement. It is also not a halo. A 2018 Malta account with no recorded actions is a better protection story than Platinum’s £10 million 2025 row or Gamesys’s £6.07 million 2023 row. It is not a better story than a household name that has held 2014 activities without a 2025 settlement and still pays out in public. Time in grade is part of the mark. So is the factory of 39 domains. White Hat can be clean and still be a skin mill. Those two sentences can both be true.
UKGC on this card is 7.8. That is high on this batch on purpose. The gate is a live licence. The file is empty. I will not invent a penalty to sound serious. I will not pretend empty means the Commission has never looked, or that a future review cannot land. It means the public tab, today, has no row.
Sarah Gardner’s July 2026 staged Financial Risk Assessments still apply. High spenders in difficulty get more scrutiny; everyone else should not be drowned in documents. A clean tab does not exempt White Hat from that overlay. It just means the letter, when it comes, is 2026 policy rather than a published 52894 scar.
Compare, so the 7.8 does not look like a gift:
| Account | What the actions tab showed, October 2026 | What that means for a punter |
|---|---|---|
| White Hat 52894 | No actions recorded | Clean public file. Still KYC, still GAMSTOP, still FRA |
| Gamesys 38905 | £6,071,292, November 2023 | Shared by Virgin, Monopoly, Rainbow |
| Platinum 45322 | £10,000,000, September 2025 | Live home of 32Red |
| Petfre 39544 | £240,000 May 2025 and £900,000 June 2026 on the live tab | Betfred’s current rows |
| AG Communications 39483 | Not this operator | Do not paste onto Grand Ivy |
The 7.8 would be a 9 if White Hat were a 12-year single-brand remote with a thick cashier and a public processing table. It is a multi-skin Malta factory from October 2018. That is the haircut.
A clean tab can also be a reporting artefact. Lindar Media’s old MrQ account, on this site’s other pages, showed an empty actions tab even though the 2023 package still lives in trade memory. I am not saying White Hat buried a fine. I am saying “no actions recorded” is a live-page sentence, not a lifetime guarantee. Recheck 52894 if you are reading this months later. Recheck it if a blog suddenly claims a White Hat settlement. Believe the Register over the blog.
Software on the licence is the quiet extra. Remote gambling software from October 2018 means White Hat can supply games or platform to itself and, in theory, to others. Grand Ivy as a consumer white label can still be running on in-house stack. That does not make the slots “White Hat originals” in a way that changes RTP. It makes the factory tighter. A tighter factory is good for consistency. It is bad for the sister-site story: limits, flags and KYC are more likely to travel when the platform is the same box.
I am not going to invent a White Hat public statement. There isn’t one on the tab I opened. Compare that with Petfre’s June 2026 settlement, which the Register explicitly flags as having a public statement. Empty is empty. Enjoy it while it lasts. Do not stake more because of it.

Directory spins I could not confirm
VERIFY ON OPERATOR. Directories still attach £20 to get 75 free spins to Grand Ivy. I could not open a promotions page to confirm the game, the coin size, the expiry, the wagering, or whether the tile still exists. CloudFront blocked the request. I will not score 75 as a live quote.
After January 2026, 10× is the legal ceiling for bonus funds. Mixed-product pots covering casino and sports in one incentive are banned. 52894 holds real-event betting, so a sports tab can exist without making a mixed welcome legal. If the live Ivy tile is spins after a casino deposit, that is the lawful pattern. If a blog still wants 40× on a match, ignore the blog.
Worked arithmetic, as a template you should rerun if the £20 / 75 shape is still on the site:
| Item | If the directory is right | What it means in pounds |
|---|---|---|
| Qualifying deposit | £20 | Your money, not a gift |
| Spin count | 75 | Unknown coin size until T&Cs load |
| If 10p a spin | 75 × £0.10 | £7.50 of spin value |
| If 20p a spin | 75 × £0.20 | £15 of spin value |
| If 1p × 10 lines | 75 × £0.10 | £7.50 again, dressed as 1p |
| Wagering on wins | Unknown | Cash 0× versus 10× bonus is the whole fairness question |
| Expiry / max bet / game list | Unknown | VERIFY |
Face value of 75 spins is not “£20 extra”. It is coin size times 75, after your £20, on a named title, on a clock. PlayOJO’s 0× culture still beats a mystery 75 on this site’s ranking. MrQ’s live 100 × 10p after £10, when that page last loaded, was at least numbered. Grand Ivy’s directory card is a rumour until the operator prints it.
Bonus fairness is 7.2: mid, because I will not invent a sting and I will not invent a 0× miracle. No promo code sat on anything I could open. Miss an opt-in and you usually get nothing. Wallet carve-outs are common. Do not fund a first deposit with a method the T&Cs exclude.
Liv Boeree’s 2025 line on dopamine exploitation fits a 75-spin, named-slot bundle with a short clock better than it fits a 30-day 10× grind. 0× at least does not add homework. It does not make the slot fair. Confirm which of those two worlds Ivy actually occupies.
Malta factory, British punter
I did not run a funded cashout. Banking on this card is 7.6. That is a working GB remote mark, not a 8.6. White Hat-scale skins in this market usually mean debit cards, sometimes Apple Pay, sometimes a voucher or wallet, credit cards never. Minimums often sit at £10 or £20 — and if the welcome really wants £20, the cashier floor may match it.
Credit cards remain banned for remote GB gambling since April 2020. Closed-loop applies. Apple Pay is usually deposit-only. First cashout waits on KYC. Source-of-wealth sits behind larger withdrawals. Staged FRAs from July 2026 sit on top.
| Rail | What I can source today | What I will not pretend |
|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard debit | Ordinary GB default | Instant arrival |
| PayPal | Unverified on a 403 page | A PayPal-casino ranking |
| Paysafecard | Unverified | Betfred’s voucher story copied onto Ivy |
| Pay by Bank | Unverified | Paddy’s 90-minute first-time note copied onto Ivy |
| Apple Pay | Possible on a 2026 Malta remote | A payout to the wallet |
| Credit card | Banned | Optional |
VERIFY ON OPERATOR for icons, minimums, and any published processing window. I will not steal a 24-hour pledge from a sister White Hat review I have not checked this month. I will not steal MrQ’s 60-second guarantee. If Grand Ivy has written a clock, it will be on a banking URL I could not load.
Customer-funds protection, if claimed, will be one of the Commission’s published categories. Medium is the usual Malta-remote sentence. I could not quote it from a footer. Do not take a “no KYC” Curaçao smear. 52894 is a UKGC remote. Instant Bank, if offered, is identification by another door, not a loophole.
Support: chat is the public route on skins of this size. I did not time a ticket. Phone is unlikely to be a selling point. IBAS sits after the in-house process. A 403 homepage is a support problem in itself. If British players cannot load the site without a dance, the account-experience mark takes a nick. Support on this card is 7.2: expected chat, unverified speed, blocked fetch.
Responsible-gaming tools belong on every GB remote: deposit limits actually named deposit limits from September 2026, reality checks, time-outs, self-exclusion, GAMSTOP. Operator strips may still name BeGambleAware. That consumer service closed March 2026. GamCare 0808 8020 133 is the number.
What a boutique licence still shares with the high street
Games on this card are 7.8. White Hat skins typically stock a full aggregator aisle: Pragmatic, Playtech, NetEnt, Evolution live, the usual UK set, plus whatever exclusives the factory bothers to badge. I did not count titles. I will not reprint “2,000 games” from a directory.
RNG fairness is the licence baseline. A dry session is not a fix. Demo mode shows features, not RTP. Live tables, if present, are still house games. Jackpot network tiles, if present, need weighting checks before a welcome spin is treated as a jackpot ticket. An overlay is a side-bet.
Bingo sits on the licence from October 2018. It is not why most people type Grand Ivy. Sports sits too. Mixed-product incentives are banned from January 2026. Use the book if you wanted a coupon. Use this review if you wanted the casino.
Mobile is browser-first. An app claim, if it exists, is the same 52894 account. If a store listing and a footer disagree on White Hat, believe the footer.
“Grand Ivy login” will be a related search because white labels always are. People lose the URL. People confuse playgrand with grandivy. People bounce off a 403 and assume the brand died. The Register is the adult check. Domain still listed. White label. Operator 52894. If the site stays blocked in a British browser after a second try, I would not wrestle CloudFront with a debit card. I would use a door that loads.
A 403 from CloudFront is not the same as a Register Inactive tag. 666 Casino’s brief on this desk is the Inactive-domain warning: do not play a URL the Commission has marked dead even if directories still sell the licence. Grand Ivy is the opposite problem. The Commission still lists the domain. My fetch could not read it. Geo-blocks, bot walls and “too much traffic” pages are ordinary in this sector in 2026. They are also a consumer-protection issue of a petty kind: if you cannot load the T&Cs, you cannot accept them. I will not tell you to retry from a VPN. I will tell you to open a door that serves the rules in a British browser.
What I would check, in order, if you still wanted this sticker: footer says White Hat Gaming Limited and 52894; welcome T&Cs dated 2026, 10× or 0×, one product; cashier shows a rail you actually have; deposit limit named as a deposit limit; GAMSTOP tools present. Fail any of those and walk. Pass them and you have a licensed Malta skin with a clean public file. That is a 7.4, not a hunt.
Complaints: operator first, then the published ADR, then the Commission. White Hat’s 39-domain map means chat scripts may not know which sticker you think you are on. Keep screenshots of the URL and the footer. IBAS cannot help you if you cannot prove which brand took the debit.
The star rating: I attempted Trustpilot for www.grandivy.com in October 2026. 403. I am not inventing a 2.1 or a 4.4. Low-volume white labels often have thin profiles. Thin can look like five stars from twelve mates or like a graveyard. I will not guess which. Reputation 6.6 is the mid-table mark for a name that does not carry high-street trust and does not yet carry a viral complaint pile I could load.
The star rating: I attempted Trustpilot for www.grandivy.com in October 2026. 403. I am not inventing a 2.1 or a 4.4. Reputation is 6.6: thin public name, factory of sisters, clean tab, blocked lobby. Low volume can look like a good Trustpilot or like silence. Silence is not 4.8 stars.
Would I play here with my own money? Only if the site loaded, the footer said 52894, the welcome T&Cs were readable, and I had already decided I wanted this sticker rather than PlayOJO. Not because a directory said 75 spins. Not as a way around another White Hat flag.
Who a White Hat white label is for
I would use Grand Ivy if I wanted a smaller-looking licensed GB lobby on White Hat 52894, I had checked the footer, and I could live with a white-label tag and a welcome I must verify.
I would not use it as a 0× specialist. I would not use it as a Pay by Bank specialist. I would not use it because 21Prive was closed. I would not use it while CloudFront is serving 403s. I would not confuse it with AG Communications.
Who I left out of the banner on purpose:
- PlayOJO — 8.6, cash terms.
- MrQ — 8.2, written processing guarantee.
- 21Prive / Slotnite — same 52894 account. Sisters, not alternatives.
- 666 Casino / Aspire 39483 — different factory. Do not mash.
The 7.4 is a working licensed skin with a clean public file and a thin consumer page. It is not a category leader.
How I scored this page
Same six weights as the rest of the site. Applied late so the empty actions tab and the 403 could both speak.
| Factor | Weight | What Grand Ivy actually scored on |
|---|---|---|
| Payouts & banking | 25% | Typical Malta-remote GB rails, 7.6; icons not loaded |
| UKGC record & player protection | 20% | Live 52894 from October 2018; no actions recorded; white-label domain. 7.8 |
| Player reputation | 20% | Thin name, 39-domain factory, Trustpilot 403. 6.6 |
| Bonus fairness | 15% | Directory £20 / 75 spins unverified. 7.2 |
| Games & product | 10% | Aggregator lobby expected. 7.8. Not counted this month |
| Support & account experience | 10% | Chat expected; homepage 403. 7.2 |
Worked example:
- Banking 7.6 × 0.25 = 1.90
- UKGC file 7.8 × 0.20 = 1.56
- Reputation 6.6 × 0.20 = 1.32
- Bonus 7.2 × 0.15 = 1.08
- Games 7.8 × 0.10 = 0.78
- Support 7.2 × 0.10 = 0.72
Total 7.36, shown as 7.4. Verdict: a licensed White Hat white label with a clean 52894 tab and a consumer URL I could not read this month. Empty sanctions are not a personality. They are still better than a ten-million-pound row.
Gate: UKGC live. Checked October 2026. Domain White Label on 52894.
FAQ
Safer play
Set a deposit limit before the first spin. From September 2026 licensees must offer limits that are actually named deposit limits. Reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion should sit in the same toolset. A boutique URL is not a reason to skip them.
If you need to stop: GamCare 0808 8020 133, GAMSTOP, Gordon Moody, NHS gambling support. Operator strips may still name BeGambleAware. That consumer service closed March 2026. Use the list above.
This is a review of a licensed operator, not advice to hunt 75 spins through a 403 page with money you cannot spare. You can lose.
