Mr Vegas Casino UK Review 2026 - Slots and App

Mr Vegas is not a separate company with a Vegas licence. It is a brand on Videoslots Limited. I opened the UK terms at mrvegas.com/terms-and-conditions/ukgc-terms-and-conditions in October 2026. The introduction says that when you register on www.mrvegas.com you contract with Videoslots Limited, The Space, Level 2 and 3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta, PTA 1320, Malta, and that the site is operated under Gambling Commission reference 39380.

The homepage fetch in the same month led with a 100% bonus. It also named Rainbow Fridays, a Wheel of Vegas, and a run of sponsorships. The dedicated welcome-bonus URL refused the fetch with a country block. The browser session sat on a Cloudflare check and did not hand me the tile. I am not inventing a spin count, or a maximum bonus in pounds, from a title tag. The UK terms describe the machinery. The offer cap is VERIFY ON OPERATOR on the tile you actually see.

I am reviewing GB play on 39380. I am not reviewing the MGA terms, which still talk in 35×. I am not reviewing Ontario. I am not adding a 2023 £2 million fine. It was not on the actions page I opened.

Disclosure. I may be paid if you sign up via links. That does not buy the 6.7. 18+. You can lose.

Mr Vegas Casino Review: A Videoslots Brand with a Live Penalty

Sponsorship copy on the page I fetched: title sponsor of Snooker 900 on the World Seniors circuit; Mr Vegas presents the PDC Grand Slam of Darts; front-of-shirt sponsor of Reading FC for the 2026/2027 season, after Sheffield Wednesday and West Bromwich Albion in earlier seasons; Big Brother UK in 2025 and again in 2026. Shirt money is not a licence upgrade. It does not shrink a £650,000 penalty.

Sportsbook terms run for pages. I am not reviewing the Grand National place terms in a casino piece. I am noting that the product exists, that it is the same company, and that it does not merge with the casino welcome. Real-event betting has been on this account since December 2020. Bingo has been a licensed activity since June 2025. I did not open a bingo room. If it is in your lobby, it is still Videoslots.

Victoria Coren Mitchell’s line still applies to a 100% match: casino games sit at unfavourable odds. Ten slices of a match do not improve the game. They add a ledger. A £20 example in the terms is £200 of wagering to see £20 of bonus, delivered £2 at a time. That is lawful. It is not generous. PlayOJO at 8.6 does not ask you to keep a tranche diary. BetMGM at 8.4 shows you 200 spins and then pays the wins as cash after a 1× on your own tenner. Mr Vegas, on the book I could read, is the diary.

Mr Vegas Casino Licence on Account 39380

Look the operator up on the Public Register, account 39380. Legal person: Videoslots Limited. Head office matches the terms: The Space, Level 2/3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta, PTA 1320, Malta. The trading-names tab lists www.videoslots.com as Active. It does not list Mr Vegas as a trading name. The consumer brand sits on the domain list. One licence number throughout: 039380-R-319311-036.

Activity Status From
Casino Active November 2014
Linked gambling software Active March 2015
General betting, real event Active December 2020
Bingo Active June 2025

The domain list for 39380, October 2026: www.megariches.com, www.mrvegas.com, www.videoslots.co.uk, www.videoslots.com. All four Active. Sister brand Videoslots is the same file. Mega Riches is the same file. A limit on one is a limit on the others. Do not open Videoslots because Mr Vegas asked for documents. Do not open Mega Riches because this review is shorter. The Commission news page names the same three consumer brands: videoslots.co.uk, mrvegas.com and megariches.com.

Mr Vegas Casino Welcome Offer in October 2026

The UK terms are the GB book. The MGA games terms, on a different URL, still describe a welcome at 35×, paid in slices that start at 3.5×. That is not the book for a customer in Great Britain. If a screen you open still talks in 35×, you are not in the UK terms. Stop and find the UK set. The homepage I could read said a 100% bonus. It did not print the cap in the text that came back. Clause 4.3.6 says the cap is whatever the offer states. VERIFY ON OPERATOR on the live tile before you deposit £100 and assume the match is £100.

What the UK terms say about the Welcome Deposit Bonus: new players who have made a first deposit; 30 days to activate, unless a specific offer says otherwise; use period 60 days from activation, unless a specific offer says otherwise; maximum bonus is the lesser of your initial deposit and the amount stated in the offer; to receive the maximum, you wager 10× the initial deposit. Their example: deposit £20, maximum bonus £20, wager £200. The bonus is paid in ten tranches of 10% each. The table in clause 4.3.8 starts at 1× the deposit for the first 10%, then 2×, 3×, and so on, up to 10× for the last 10%. A general rule, clause February 2010, still says you must wager three and a half times the initial deposit before the first tranche is paid, and that if you do not, you get none of the bonus.

Those two sentences do not match. The specific table says the first slice arrives at 1×. The general rule says 3.5× or nothing. I am not going to pretend the page is tidy. If you opt in, ask support which sentence the cashier uses, and keep the answer. I will not pick 1× because it is kinder, or 3.5× because it is harsher, and then hide the other line. No promo code was in the clauses I read.

Mr Vegas Regulatory Record in October 2026

Regulatory actions on 39380 are not blank. Decision date in the record: October 2025. Outcomes: a financial penalty, a warning, and conditions attached to the licence. The finding window is October 2023 to February 2024. The breaches named on the tab: licence condition 12.1.1, paragraphs 2 and 3, anti-money laundering; social responsibility code 3.4.3, paragraphs 1 and 4, customer interaction. The decision: a warning under section 117(1)(a) of the Gambling Act 2005, a financial penalty of £650,000, and an additional condition under section 117(1)(b). The licensee co-operated and took immediate steps to remedy the issues identified. That last sentence is on the Register. It is not a character reference I added. I am not adding a 2023 £2 million figure. It was not on the actions page I read.

The Commission news page, £650,000 fine for Videoslots Limited, is dated November 2025. The copy I opened said the page was last updated in January 2026. It says the operator must undergo a third-party audit of its AML and safer-gambling controls. John Pierce’s line at the end: alongside the penalty, and alongside the steps Videoslots had already taken, the operator must complete an independent audit, and the Commission will monitor the outcome. I have not seen the audit report. I will not invent a pass or a fail.

The news page is more concrete than the tab. Videoslots’ monitoring set a monthly deposit limit that ran on a calendar month and did not include the customer’s initial deposit. The results the page gives: one customer lost £5,000 in a month despite a £3,000 monthly deposit limit; another lost £5,000 in under 24 hours despite a £3,000 monthly deposit limit; another lost £7,500 over 18 days despite a £2,000 monthly deposit limit. A further customer received no interaction despite losing £6,550 over three active days across two months. On AML, one customer funded an account with prepaid digital vouchers totalling more than £75,000 over 16 days, then moved the proceeds to four bank accounts, and at times accessed the account from outside Great Britain. The automated risk score did not ask for source of funds in time. Another customer’s high deposits and withdrawals in a month were treated as significant wins, an assumption of recycled money, and not enough scrutiny. Pierce’s remarks on open-loop vouchers are on that page. He says they are high risk because they can make deposits harder to trace.

UKGC on this card is 5.8. The licence is still Active, casino has been on it since November 2014, and the company co-operated. The actions tab is not empty. A £650,000 penalty, a warning and an audit the Commission said it would watch are why this is not a 7.6. An empty tab and this tab are not interchangeable. Sarah Gardner’s July 2026 line on staged Financial Risk Assessments sits on top of that file, not instead of it. High spenders in difficulty should be supported. Everyone else should not be drowned in paperwork. An FRA letter, if it comes, is not a surprise on 39380.

How I Scored This Page

Same six weights as the rest of the site. The actions tab spoke before the homepage slogan.

Factor Weight What Mr Vegas actually scored on
Payouts & banking 25% UK terms: £10 in, £20 out, medium protection, 48-hour endeavour, not timed by me. 7.2
UKGC record & player protection 20% Live £650,000, warning, extra condition, audit on the November 2025 news. 5.8
Player reputation 20% No Trustpilot figure used. The public decision is recent. 6.6
Bonus fairness 15% 10× tranche match in the UK book; 1× table versus 3.5× general rule; cap not on the tile I could load. 6.6
Games & product 10% Videoslots catalogue claim, sportsbook, bingo activity from June 2025. 7.6
Support & account experience 10% [email protected] throughout the terms; chat claimed; not timed. 7.0

Worked example:

  • Banking 7.2 × 0.25 = 1.80
  • UKGC file 5.8 × 0.20 = 1.16
  • Reputation 6.6 × 0.20 = 1.32
  • Bonus 6.6 × 0.15 = 0.99
  • Games 7.6 × 0.10 = 0.76
  • Support 7.0 × 0.10 = 0.70

Total 6.73, shown as 6.7. Verdict: a Videoslots brand with a readable UK bonus book and a live £650,000 file. It is not PlayOJO. It is not an empty sanctions tab. The audit line is why I will not round this up into the 7s.

The 6.7 is not a 7.3 because William Hill’s 7.3 on this site is a different account, and this one has a penalty you can still open. It is not a 6.5 because the UK terms are specific, the company is still licensed, and I refused to invent a second fine. That is the review.

Gate: UKGC live. Checked October 2026.

Mr Vegas Casino Login

The sign-in is www.mrvegas.com, Active on Videoslots Limited, account 39380. The UK terms say that when you register there you contract with that company. I could open those terms in October 2026. The welcome tile itself sat behind a country block and a Cloudflare check. VERIFY ON OPERATOR that the footer still says Videoslots and 39380 before you type a password. The MGA book is a different URL. A 35× screen is not this login.

You sign in as the person who registered. A shared password is not a second customer. videoslots.co.uk, videoslots.com and megariches.com are Active on the same list. Documents sent on one are still this file. Mr Vegas is not a trading name on the tab I opened. The consumer brand sits on the domain row. That does not make the password a new company.

GAMSTOP applies to the whole login, including a session that was only meant to be the sportsbook. Real-event betting and casino are one account. I am not inventing a two-factor switch I did not see. If the account offers one, use it. A cool-off on Videoslots does not reopen Mr Vegas. A document request here is a document request on Mega Riches.

The head office in the terms and on the Register is The Space, Level 2 and 3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta, PTA 1320, Malta. If a sponsorship page or a darts board sends you to a host that does not print 39380, close it. Shirt paint is not a sign-in. Ontario, if a page offers it, is not the GB product I reviewed.

Mr Vegas Registration for New UK Players

Registration is for a new player on Videoslots Limited under the UK terms, account 39380, aged 18 or over. The welcome deposit bonus is for new players who have made a first deposit. I did not complete a form in October 2026, because the offer tile did not render. I will not invent the field order or a code box. VERIFY ON OPERATOR on the live form, and confirm you are in the UK terms rather than the MGA set.

What the form still has to collect is the person: name, date of birth, address, and a way to contact you. One person, one customer. One welcome per player, on the book I read. A second email to collect the match on Videoslots or Mega Riches is the same file. Do not register to step around a restriction on those brands. Do not register to step around GAMSTOP.

From September 2026, set a limit that the screen actually calls a deposit limit before the first stake. Read what the tool includes. The November 2025 news says a monthly limit this operator set did not include the customer’s initial deposit, and customers lost more than the figure the system thought it had set. Do not assume the number on the screen is the number that stops the cashier. Ask, and keep the answer. That is the useful habit on a brand whose public file is about limits that did not mean what a customer would assume.

Have identity documents ready. The November 2025 news is about what happened when source-of-funds checks were late. Completing them before you need a withdrawal is the useful order on this brand. The deposit-bonus clocks, 30 days to activate and 60 days to use, are in the UK terms unless the tile says otherwise.

Mr Vegas Casino App

Mobile is claimed as a browser experience and an app. I did not install it in October 2026. I will not quote a store star rating, a download count, or a screenshot of the Wheel of Vegas inside a native build. VERIFY ON OPERATOR for the listing. If the footer does not match Videoslots Limited and 39380, stop. Same account if it does. Same GAMSTOP. Same audit.

A phone session is not a lighter licence than the website, and it is not a way around the October 2025 decision. The penalty, the warning and the extra condition travel with the legal person. A Reading FC shirt on a loading screen does not create a second customer. Videoslots and Mega Riches on a handset are the same file in a different typeface.

I did not see a separate store URL on the domain list. The four Active rows I opened were websites. I will not invent an Apple or Google address. Browser play, when the Cloudflare check lets you through, should be the same customer as the app. An app claim is not a payout method, and it is not Apple Pay. I am not merging those.

The homepage said the games use an RNG and are audited. That sentence, if it is also in the app, is the licence baseline. It is not a promise that a session will pay, and it is not a reason to install anything before you have read the UK terms. Until the build is in front of you, the mobile product I can describe is the terms page that did load and the homepage that led with 100%.

Mr Vegas Casino Games, Slots and Online Games

Games score 7.6. I am scoring a known Videoslots-style catalogue and a homepage that claims slots, live, tables and mobile, not a count I audited. The homepage said the games use an RNG and are audited. That is the licence baseline. It is not a promise that a session will pay. I will not invent a title count to make the lobby sound larger than the sentence I fetched.

Bingo has been licensed since June 2025. I did not open a room. If it is in the lobby, it is still Videoslots Limited. The sportsbook is the same company and a different product. I am not reviewing place terms here. Progressive jackpot play does not count towards welcome wagering, on the UK terms. A jackpot of £50,000 or more may wait up to 30 working days to be paid. That is a cashier clause. It is also a reason not to treat a meter as wages.

Rainbow Fridays and the Wheel of Vegas are named on the homepage and in the terms as things you lose the right to claim if you are banned or you self-exclude. They are retention. They are not the welcome, and they are not a games audit. I did not open this week’s Friday terms. A Megaways tile, if the lobby has one, does not change the house edge. I am not printing RTP figures I did not open inside a game. The unfavourable-odds point is the product, whether the felt says Vegas or not.

Pros and Cons for UK Players

I would use Mr Vegas if I wanted this brand, I had opened the UK terms rather than the MGA 35× page, and I had already priced in the penalty and the audit. I would do it only after reading the October 2025 decision, setting a deposit limit I expected the system to honour, and accepting that the first withdrawal may be a document exercise. The UK book is specific. That is why this is not a lower card built on a slogan.

I would not use it because a homepage said 100% and I felt like that was free money. I would not use the 3.5× sentence and the 1× table as if they were a choice. I would not self-exclude and then email about Rainbow Fridays. The terms say that right ends when you exclude. I would not use Videoslots or Mega Riches as a way around a restriction here. They are the same 39380. An unlicensed clone is out.

For: a readable UK bonus book, medium protection named in the terms, and a company that is still licensed, with casino Active since November 2014. Reputation is 6.6 with no Trustpilot figure invented. The public decision is from October 2025. The news page was still carrying an update line in January 2026. That is a live file, not a historic footnote. It is also not a collapsed licence.

Against: UKGC 5.8 on a £650,000 penalty, a warning and an audit. Bonus fairness is 6.6 because the cap did not load and the first-slice clauses disagree. PlayOJO at 8.6 is a different factory and 0× as a rule. 32Red at 6.9 is a nearby score on a different file. Paddy Power Games at 9.1 is another cashier. None of them is Videoslots.

Mr Vegas Bonuses and Promo Codes

No promo code was in the UK clauses I read. After January 2026, 10× is the ceiling on bonus-fund wagering, and one incentive must not mix sports and casino. The UK terms use 10×. The MGA page does not. Do not mix a sportsbook bet into the casino slices. The homepage 100% line did not print a cap in pounds. VERIFY ON OPERATOR on the tile. Clause 4.3.6 says the cap is whatever the offer states.

The match is paid in ten slices of 10%. The table starts the first 10% at 1× the deposit and finishes the last 10% at 10×. Clause February 2010 still says 3.5× or you get none of the bonus. I am reporting the contradiction. Withdrawing a tranche before the maximum has been credited stops any further tranches. You can forfeit and keep what has already been released. You may bet only up to £20, or 50% of the bonus, whichever is lower, in a single wager, or the bonus is forfeited. Progressive jackpot play does not count. Contribution depends on a theoretical RTP formula pinned around 96%, with slots, casino and scratch cards in one band, and roulette, blackjack and video poker at 10% in the example they print.

Extra or welcome spins, if an offer includes them, are a different clause. Minimum first deposit £10 within 24 hours of registration. Activate within 7 days. Once activated, use them within 24 hours. The terms say they are wager-free and that winnings are not credited until the spins are used or forfeited. The number, the game and the stake are “indicated in the relevant offer”. The offer page did not render. I am not inventing 100 spins, or 10p. Bonus fairness is 6.6.

Deposit and Withdrawal Options in the UK

Banking is 7.2 because the UK terms are unusually specific, not because I withdrew. I did not run a funded cashout. Treat the clocks as the contract I read, not as a stopwatch. Minimum deposit £10. Minimum withdrawal £20, except bank wire. Under that, a processing fee of 3.95% may apply unless you talk to support. Bank-wire withdrawals are described as free of charge on their side. Your bank may still charge. VERIFY ON OPERATOR for this week’s administrative fee if you make more than one withdrawal in a seven-day period. The terms say the figure is “as indicated on the website”. I did not see it.

They “endeavour” to process withdrawals within 48 hours after satisfactory due diligence, and they say that is not a guarantee. Closed-loop: withdraw by the method you deposited. Their example is Skrill in, Skrill out. Above £30,000, bank transfer. A progressive jackpot of £50,000 or more may wait up to 30 working days. Additional due diligence is flagged above €2,000. A fee of up to 3.95% can be charged on deposits withdrawn without wagering. Euteller deposits carry a 1.95% fee.

Customer funds: held separate from company funds, medium protection. The terms say steps have been taken and there is no absolute guarantee. Credit cards have been banned for remote GB gambling since April 2020. I am not saying the cashier still accepts the open-loop vouchers in the 2025 news. KYC can be electronic, or documents: passport, driving licence, source of funds, source of wealth. Support email in the terms: [email protected].

Mr Vegas Support and Contacts

Support is 7.0. The terms name [email protected] in almost every dispute path. The homepage claims live chat around the clock. I did not time a chat. VERIFY ON OPERATOR for the hours you actually get, and for clause 9 of the same UK terms before you cite an alternative dispute resolution body. I did not finish that clause far enough to name a scheme from memory. If the footer names only a marketing promise, 7.0 was generous.

Complaints go to that inbox first. Keep 39380, the time, and the sentence support gives you on the 1× table versus the 3.5× rule. A dispute that cites a spin count I did not see will waste a week. A dispute that cites a 2023 £2 million figure will waste another. That figure was not on the actions page I read. The figure that was on it is £650,000, October 2025.

If you need to stop, use GamCare on 0808 8020 133, GAMSTOP, Gordon Moody, or NHS gambling support. GambleAware, the consumer service, closed in March 2026. Operator pages may still name it. Use the list above. Self-exclusion ends the right to claim Rainbow Fridays and the Wheel of Vegas, on the terms I read. This is a review of a licensed operator with a live penalty, not advice to clear a 10× tranche ladder with money you cannot spare. You can lose.

FAQ

Is Mr Vegas UKGC licensed?
Yes. Videoslots Limited, account 39380. The UK terms say Mr Vegas on mrvegas.com is operated by that company under reference 39380. Casino has been Active since November 2014. The domain www.mrvegas.com is Active.
What was the fine?
On the actions tab: decision in October 2025, financial penalty £650,000, a warning, and an extra licence condition. Breaches from October 2023 to February 2024, licence condition 12.1.1 paragraphs 2 and 3, and SRCP 3.4.3 paragraphs 1 and 4. The November 2025 news adds the third-party audit. I am not adding a 2023 £2 million figure. It was not on the tab I read.
Is Videoslots the same company?
Yes. Same account. videoslots.co.uk, videoslots.com and megariches.com are Active on the same domain list. A limit here is a limit there.
What is the welcome?
The UK terms describe a 100% welcome deposit bonus, maximum equal to the lesser of your deposit and the amount in the offer, released in ten slices, with 10× the deposit wagered to receive the full amount. Clocks in the general clause: 30 days to activate, 60 days to use. The offer cap in pounds did not load on the tile in this pass. VERIFY ON OPERATOR. Do not use the MGA page. That one still says 35×.
Why do the terms mention both 1× and 3.5×?
Because clause 4.3.8's table starts the first 10% at 1× the deposit, and clause February 2010 still says the first tranche needs 3.5× or you get nothing. I am reporting the contradiction. I am not resolving it for you.
Are the spins wager-free?
If the offer you are shown includes the Extra/Welcome Spins clause, the UK terms say those spins are wager-free, with a 24-hour use period, after a £10 deposit within 24 hours of registration. I did not get a live spin count or a stake. VERIFY ON OPERATOR.
How long do withdrawals take?
The terms say they endeavour to process within 48 hours after satisfactory due diligence, and that this is not a guarantee. I did not time one. Minimum withdrawal in the terms is £20.
Can I use a credit card?
No. Remote credit-card gambling has been banned in Great Britain since April 2020.
Does GAMSTOP apply?
Yes. It applies on Mr Vegas, Videoslots and Mega Riches. A cool-off on one brand is not a market-wide stop. GAMSTOP is.
Does the sportsbook share the casino bonus?
No. Mixed-product incentives are banned. The sportsbook has its own section in the UK terms. Keep the products apart.

Safer Play

Set a deposit limit before the first spin, and read what the tool includes. The Commission’s news on this operator is, in part, about monthly limits that did not include what players thought they included. The contacts are in the support section above. You can lose.

Author Description

Ashley Revell is the English entrepreneur who founded our company. Jackpotinside.com is a review gambling site that he launched in 2022 and is currently developing. In 2004, he sold everything he owned, including clothes, to gamble $135,300. After betting on red, Revell doubled his money to $270,600 after the ball ended up on 7. After receiving funding from a British online bookmaker, Revell changed his name to "Ashley Blue Square Revell" and started an online poker company called Poker UTD. Without Sky One's Double or Nothing reality show, Revell's life-changing moment would have been lost in anonymity. Viewers helped Revell decide between red and black. Having bet everything on Black, the Brit would have flipped at the last minute and placed his bet on Red instead, which would have drastically altered the outcome. “There were only seconds left before I lost everything I had. In order to fund this crazy bet, I sold everything I owned and could not have left Las Vegas with anything more than my hired tuxedo.” After winning the life-changing prize, the 32-year-old founded his own poker company, Poker UTD. The venture ended up being short-lived, and he was eventually able to use the remaining funds to fund a motorbike trip across Europe, where he met his future wife as well. As an avid gambler, Ashley Revell has a deep knowledge and understanding of the gambling industry. He is also passionate about helping others and sharing that knowledge with them to make informed decisions. For that, the creation of the JackpotInside project becomes the perfect opportunity. We and Ashley Revell, who is the CEO of JackpotInside.com, welcome you and hope that our website helps you in any way. Good luck and have fun!
