MrQ Casino Review UK 2026: Bonus, Games & Promo Code

MrQ is not a high-street book wearing a casino tab. It is a Malta company that took the brand onto a new UKGC account in September 2023 and then spent three years shouting about cash spins and speed. Most of that shouting, in October 2026, still matches pages I could open. The part that does not is Trustpilot: the about page claims 4.3. The live profile returned 403.

I am reviewing the GB product at mrq.com, operated by Tek Fox Ltd. I am not reviewing a Lindar Media account that no longer holds the domain, a Curaçao clone, or a directory that still wants a £20 trigger for a £10 offer.

Disclosure. I may be paid if you sign up via links. That does not buy the 8.2. 18+. You can lose.

0× as the product, not a slogan

The live welcome, checked October 2026 on mrq.com/promotions/welcome-offer and on the identical first-deposit-spins URL, is not a 10× match wearing a “low wagering” badge.

100 free spins on Big Bass Splash after a first deposit of £10 or more. Each spin is 10p. Face value is £10. Spins credit immediately and are available when the game is launched. Unused spins die after 48 hours. Northern Ireland is excluded. Terms dated October 2025.

The marketing paragraph says no wagering on winnings. The guarantee-page carousel, same day, says winnings are uncapped and credited to the real-money balance. The general T&Cs go further than a welcome strip: prizes and winnings from promotions are paid in cash, are not subject to wagering requirements, and may be withdrawn subject to the £10 minimum cashout.

That is the product. After January 2026, 10× is the legal ceiling for bonus funds on a GB incentive. MrQ is not using the ceiling. It is using 0×. PlayOJO does that as a site rule. MrQ does it as the welcome and as a house claim. Those are not the same sentence. PlayOJO still scores higher on this site because the 0× culture is broader than one 48-hour pile. MrQ still scores 8.8 on bonus fairness because the live T&Cs I opened are cash, named, and dated.

Item Official figure, October 2026 In pounds
Qualifying first deposit £10+ Your money, withdrawable subject to T&Cs
Extra slot grind to unlock Not in the live list I opened No second £10 through the reels printed here
Spin size 10p £0.10 per spin
Number of spins 100 on Big Bass Splash £10.00 of promotional spin value
Expiry 48 hours from qualifying Unused spins removed
Wagering on spin wins None, per the pages I opened Cash, subject to the £10 withdrawal floor
Territory carve-out Northern Ireland excluded If you are in NI, this tile is not yours

Affiliate copy still drifts. Some cards still want £20. Some still name Fishin’ BIGGER Pots of Gold. Some still invent POTS200. The operator page I opened is £10, 100, Big Bass Splash, 10p, 48 hours, 0×. Believe the operator. Directories that lag are why this paragraph exists.

Mixed-product pots covering casino and sports in one incentive are banned. MrQ’s general terms still mention betting welcome offers in the about-us noise. The casino tile I scored is a casino tile. Do not expect one deposit to feed a football acca.

Liv Boeree’s 2025 line on digital casino products as “dopamine exploitation” fits a 48-hour, 10p, named-slot bundle better than it fits a 30-day 10× grind. 0× at least does not add homework. It does not make Big Bass Splash a fair game. Victoria Coren Mitchell’s unfavourable-odds distinction still holds. You can withdraw the win. You cannot withdraw the house edge.

No promo code sat on the T&Cs list. The CTA is sign up and deposit. Miss the 48-hour window and you will not get a retrospective extension I can evidence.

The guarantee they actually wrote

Speed is the other half of the pitch. I did not run a funded cashout in October 2026. I did read the page they wrote.

mrq.com/promotions/guarantee, terms from October 2025:

They guarantee they will process withdrawals within 60 seconds of request. If they fail, £10 cash, one credit per player per calendar day, paid within one business day, withdrawable. The guarantee does not apply if:

  • withdrawals are on hold for verification, or you are in breach of T&Cs (third-party payment method, duplicate account)
  • the deposit was made using a mobile carrier-billing payment method
  • processing cannot complete because the rail is expired or blocked by your bank, card issuer or payment provider
  • a technical issue, scheduled maintenance, system outage or third-party disruption stops processing — in which case the guarantee is paused until service resumes

Then the sentence that is the whole category: the guarantee is limited to their processing; transfer times depend on your bank.

That is not “money in your NatWest app in 60 seconds.” That is “we press send in 60 seconds or we pay you a tenner.” The Independent’s older four-minute landing, if you still have it in a tab, is consistent with a processed payment the bank then posted. It is not a promise every issuer will show the credit in one minute.

The withdrawals help URL, fetched the same day, loaded a help-centre shell. I could not pull a logged-out table of PayPal hours versus Visa Direct versus plain debit from that scrape. Older site copy on this desk still quoted PayPal around six hours, Visa Direct around four, and ordinary Visa in days. I am not reprinting those clocks as live in October 2026. The guarantee page is live. The rail table is VERIFY ON OPERATOR inside the help centre once it renders.

Minimum withdrawal in the general T&Cs: £10. If the real-money balance is under that, the terms tell you to email support to take the rest. Customer funds: separate client account, medium protection under the Commission’s published categories. Soft credit-footprint checks for affordability are in the same T&Cs. They should not move your credit score. They can still change your limits.

Rail / claim What I can source today What I will not pretend
Instant bank / 60-second processing Live guarantee, October 2025 Instant arrival at every UK bank
Pay by Mobile / carrier billing Named as outside the guarantee A phone-bill deposit that still gets the 60-second clock
PayPal / Visa Direct / plain Visa Help-centre shell did not yield a table on this scrape A 6h / 4h / 3–5d paste from last year’s notes as if I re-timed it
First cashout KYC can pause the guarantee “No verification” as a selling point. This is a UKGC remote

Closed-loop still applies. Credit cards remain banned for remote GB play. Apple Pay is usually deposit-only. Fonix-style Pay by Mobile is a real GB rail with a statutory cap; it is also the rail the guarantee carves out. If you came from an SMS-casino round-up, read that carve-out twice.

Banking on this card is 8.6. That is the highest weight doing real work. It is not a 9.5 I am not allowed to invent. Paddy Power Games still scores higher overall because the rest of the Flutter product is broader. MrQ is the processing specialist. In my book that is a reason to use it, not a reason to raise the stake.

Compare the two honest “fast” products instead of flattening them. Paddy’s Pay by Bank help still tells you to allow about 90 minutes the first time, then instant, with a first-deposit hold of up to 24 hours on that rail. MrQ’s guarantee starts the clock at processing, not at arrival, and it pays a tenner if they miss. Different sentences. Different failure modes. If your bank is slow, Paddy’s published first-time hold is the adult version of instant. If the operator is slow, MrQ has offered to put £10 on it. I would still complete KYC on both before I needed the money.

Sarah Gardner’s July 2026 staged Financial Risk Assessments are the overlay on any fast cashier. High spenders in difficulty get more scrutiny; everyone else should not be drowned in documents. A 60-second send does not exempt Tek Fox from that. It just means the letter, when it comes, arrives after the money has already moved.

PlayOJO remains the 0× comparison people actually want. Official PlayOJO welcome on this site’s other pages: 50 spins, £10, Big Bass Bonanza, cash. MrQ’s live pile is 100 at 10p after £10, then a 48-hour bin. Face value on MrQ is larger. The clock is nastier. PlayOJO scores 8.6 overall because 0× is how the site behaves after day one, not only on the welcome tile. MrQ’s 8.8 bonus mark is the welcome I could read. It is not a claim that Kickers and cashback work the same way here. They do not, on anything I opened.

The UKGC component is 7.4, not a 9, on purpose. 60629 is young. The actions tab is clean. The brand is not. A three-year-old Malta company with no recorded actions is a better protection story than Greentube’s two files or Gamesys’s £6 million. It is not a better story than a household name that has held 2014 activities without a 2025 settlement. Time in grade is part of the mark. So is the Lindar hangover in search. I will not punish Tek Fox for a fine they did not pay. I will not pretend the URL has no past.

Tek Fox from September 2023

Great Britain play is operated by Tek Fox Ltd, company number C96152, The Brewhouse, Mdina Road, Birkirkara, CBD 2010, Malta. The live T&Cs name that address and the Register account.

Look it up: UKGC account 60629. Remote bingo and remote casino: both Active, both from September 2023. Trading name recorded: mr q, Active. Domain recorded: www.mrq.com, Active. Premises: none. Regulatory actions recorded for 60629, checked October 2026: none.

If the footer does not say Tek Fox and 60629, you are not on the GB site. Stop.

Malta is the incorporation. The GB remote licence is the thing that matters for a British punter. Gibraltar and Alderney stories on other brands do not replace 60629 here. GAMSTOP still applies. Complaints still go through the operator first, then the published ADR path.

The about page still sells “Top 10 Casinos on Trustpilot with a 4.3-star rating.” That is an operator claim. I could not verify it today. More on that below.

General T&Cs version on the scrape: V1.4. Restricted jurisdiction, in their definitions, is anywhere other than the United Kingdom — and the welcome still carves out Northern Ireland. Read both.

Lindar’s scar, kept in the past tense

Before September 2023 the brand sat on a different account.

Lindar Media Limited, account 51250, Queens House, 58 Victoria Street, St Albans, AL1 3HZ. Domain www.mrq.com is listed on that account as Inactive. Trading name mr q is still listed Active on 51250, which is the messy leftover the Register has not tidied. The live actions tab for 51250, October 2026, printed no regulatory actions recorded. That empty tab is not a clean-bill headline. It is a page that no longer hosts the 2023 package.

The historical settlement the brief and the 2023 enforcement record attach to Lindar Media is £690,947, dated September 2023: AML, social responsibility, advertising including cartoon imagery, key events, and a contribution toward the Commission’s costs. Nine days later, Tek Fox’s bingo and casino activities start. I am not writing as if Tek Fox paid that fine. The live 60629 actions tab does not say so. The live 51250 actions tab, today, does not even reprint the old row. Directories that still say “MrQ was fined £690k” are attaching a previous legal person to a current URL.

What you should take from it is narrower. The brand had a previous operator. That operator had a public scar, including advertising the Commission treated as a problem. Cartoon-style creative is why some people still search the name with a bad taste. Tek Fox is a new account, not a baptism. GAMSTOP, KYC and the 2026 FRA overlay still apply. A licence transfer is not a memory wipe for a customer who was already on the old file.

I searched the Commission site for “Lindar Media” in October 2026. The public-register hit was 51250. The public-statement URL I tried did not return the article body. I am not inventing quotes from a page that would not load. The inactive domain on 51250 and the active domain on 60629 are the Register facts I can click.

Account Legal person www.mrq.com Actions tab, October 2026
60629 Tek Fox Ltd, Malta Active No regulatory actions recorded
51250 Lindar Media Limited, St Albans Inactive No regulatory actions recorded on the live tab; historical 2023 settlement sits on the previous operator

Use the current row. Cite the old row as history. Do not mash them.

What about-us claims that Trustpilot would not load

mrq.com/about-us in October 2026: 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash after £10; no wagering; superfast withdrawals; “Top 10 Casinos on Trustpilot with a 4.3-star rating”; 1000+ games; Big Bass series, Rainbow Riches series, King Kong Cash, Fishin’ Frenzy; live, bingo, mobile.

I attempted Trustpilot for mrq.com and www.mrq.com the same afternoon. Both returned 403. I am not citing 4.3 as a fetch. I am citing it as the operator’s claim, unverified today. Directories that print 4.1 Great are in the same boat until a profile loads. The reputation mark on this card is still 8.2. That is high for a UK remote, and it is not a Trustpilot paste I could not open. It rests on a clean 60629 actions tab, a dated 0× welcome, a written processing guarantee, and the absence of a current Commission file on Tek Fox. If the live profile is uglier than 4.3 when it next loads, the 8.2 will have to argue with it. Today it could not.

Would I play here with my own money? Yes, if I wanted cash spins and a cashier that had bothered to write the 60-second rule down, after KYC, with a deposit limit on. Not because a widget said 4.3. Not as a way around GAMSTOP.

Support: help.mrq.com and in-account chat are the public routes. I did not time a ticket. Phone is not a selling point I can evidence. IBAS sits after the in-house process.

Responsible-gambling tools belong on every GB remote: deposit limits actually named deposit limits from September 2026, reality checks, time-outs, self-exclusion, GAMSTOP. Operator strips may still name BeGambleAware. That consumer service closed March 2026. GamCare 0808 8020 133 is the number.

Bingo, slots, and a £10 floor

The homepage I opened is a slots essay with a casino wrapped around it. Named tiles in the copy: Big Bass Splash, Fishin’ Frenzy, Rainbow Riches, Starburst. Live and bingo sit in the nav. The about page repeats “over 1000 games.” I did not count them. Padding is how every aggregator hits a round number. The unique bit is not a 1,001st Pragmatic reskin. It is the cashier and the 0× rule.

Bingo is why 60629 holds a bingo activity, not just casino. It is not why most people type the query. Use it if you already live here. Do not open MrQ instead of a Jackpotjoy if rooms were the point.

Demo mode, where a studio allows it, shows a feature set. It is not a test of RTP. RNG fairness is the licence baseline. A dry session is not a fix.

Mobile is browser-first, with an app claim on the about page. Same account, same licence, same GAMSTOP. If the store listing and the T&Cs footer ever disagree on Tek Fox, believe the T&Cs.

Login queries are high because the brand is built for speed. Speed does not replace identity checks. “No KYC” round-ups that still drop MrQ into a Curaçao table are the error this URL exists to correct. Instant Bank feels like Nordic Pay N Play. The bank is doing part of the identification. The operator still stores it. GAMSTOP still matches it.

Refer-a-friend and Drops & Wins sit next to the welcome on the same promotions rail. Drops & Wins copy on the scrape ran March 2026 to March 2027, opt-in on qualifying games. That is retention, not a second welcome. The 48-hour first-deposit clock remains the thing that actually costs you if you sleep on it.

The refer-a-friend tile on the same rail, October 2026, was 150 spins to share on Fishin’ Frenzy Even Bigger Fish 3 Megaways Rapid Fire at 10p, credited when referrer and referee both deposit and spend £10+ on eligible games, unused spins 7 days. That is a second product with a longer clock. It is not the welcome. Do not mash the two T&Cs.

“Casino You Love to Hate” is still the house joke on the welcome page. Understatement would have been kinder. The T&Cs are the bit I actually liked: cash, 10p, 48 hours, NI out, dated. The joke is marketing. The list is the review.

Who this is for

I would use MrQ if I wanted 0× first-deposit spins I could actually read, a £10 floor, and a cashier that had published a processing guarantee with carve-outs.

I would not use it as a site-wide 0× culture in the PlayOJO sense. I would not use it for Pay by Mobile if the 60-second clock was the reason I opened the tab — that rail is outside the guarantee. I would not use it because a directory still wants £20 or a different fish title. I would not use it to dodge another GB remote. I would not treat Lindar’s 2023 package as Tek Fox’s, and I would not pretend the brand has no history.

Who I left out of the banner on purpose:

  • PlayOJO — higher on this site, 0× as a rule, different welcome count. Honest alternative, not a clone.
  • Paddy Power Games — Pay by Bank after the first cashout, broader Flutter product, 9.1.
  • Duelz — the other Fonix specialist in Pay-by-phone round-ups. Not this URL.
  • Unlicensed “instant withdrawal” clones — out.

How I scored this page

Same six weights as the rest of the site. Applied late so the guarantee could speak before the decimal.

Factor Weight What MrQ actually scored on
Payouts & banking 25% Written 60-second processing guarantee or £10; £10 min cashout; medium customer-funds protection; help-centre clocks not scraped live
UKGC record & player protection 20% Live 60629 from September 2023; no actions on this account; Lindar 51250 is history. 7.4, not a 9, because the brand is not a 12-year clean file
Player reputation 20% Operator claims 4.3 on Trustpilot. Profile 403 in October 2026. Mark is 8.2 without a fabricated star
Bonus fairness 15% 100 × 10p, Big Bass Splash, £10, 0×, 48h, NI excluded, terms dated October 2025
Games & product 10% Full GB aggregator lobby, live, bingo. Not the reason it scores 8.2
Support & account experience 10% Help centre / chat claimed; KYC can pause the guarantee; I did not time a ticket

Worked example:

  • Banking 8.6 × 0.25 = 2.15
  • UKGC file 7.4 × 0.20 = 1.48
  • Reputation 8.2 × 0.20 = 1.64
  • Bonus 8.8 × 0.15 = 1.32
  • Games 8.0 × 0.10 = 0.80
  • Support 8.0 × 0.10 = 0.80

Total 8.19, shown as 8.2. Verdict: a working speed-and-spins specialist on a young, currently clean Tek Fox licence. It is not PlayOJO. It is not Paddy. It is the one I would actually open if those two sentences — 0×, 60 seconds of processing — were the brief.

Gate: UKGC live. Checked October 2026.

FAQ

Is MrQ UKGC licensed?
Yes. Tek Fox Ltd, account 60629. Remote bingo and casino from September 2023. Domain www.mrq.com is Active.
Is MrQ the same company that was fined in 2023?
No. The historical £690,947 package dated September 2023 sits with Lindar Media Limited 51250, the previous operator. Tek Fox’s 60629 actions tab showed no recorded actions in October 2026. Do not write the fine onto the current account unless the Register does.
What is the MrQ bonus right now?
Official welcome, October 2026: first deposit £10+, 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash at 10p, unused spins expire in 48 hours, no wagering on winnings on the pages I opened. Northern Ireland excluded. Terms dated October 2025. Confirm before you deposit.
Do I need a promo code?
Not on the T&Cs list I opened.
Is MrQ really 60-second withdrawals?
They guarantee processing in 60 seconds or £10, once per player per calendar day. Banks still have to post the payment. Carrier billing is outside the guarantee. Verification holds are outside the guarantee. I did not time a personal cashout on this date.
Does MrQ take PayPal?
The T&Cs mention PayPal in the sense of forbidding business PayPal accounts. I could not pull a live cashier-icon list from the help-centre shell. VERIFY ON OPERATOR.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
£10 in the general T&Cs. Below that, the terms point you at support.
Can I play MrQ on my phone?
Yes. Browser, and an app claim on about-us. Same licence. Same GAMSTOP. Pay by Mobile deposits do not get the 60-second processing guarantee.
Does GAMSTOP apply?
Yes. Every GB remote licensee is on it. A cool-off on MrQ does not replace a GAMSTOP registration if you need the whole market to stop.
Is the 4.3 Trustpilot score real?
It is what about-us printed in October 2026. I could not load the Trustpilot profile (403). I have not cited 4.3 as a fetch.
Closest licensed alternative if I wanted 0× without the 48-hour clock?
PlayOJO. If I wanted Pay by Bank rather than a processing guarantee, Paddy Power Games.
Are credit cards allowed?
No. Remote credit-card gambling has been banned in Great Britain since April 2020.

Safer play

Set a deposit limit before the first spin. From September 2026 licensees must offer limits that are actually named deposit limits. Reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion should sit in the same toolset. A 60-second cashier is not a reason to skip them. It is a reason to use them.

If you need to stop: GamCare 0808 8020 133, GAMSTOP, Gordon Moody, NHS gambling support. Operator strips may still name BeGambleAware. That consumer service closed March 2026. Use the list above.

This is a review of a licensed operator, not advice to test a guarantee with money you cannot spare. You can lose.

Author Description

Ashley Revell is the English entrepreneur who founded our company. Jackpotinside.com is a review gambling site that he launched in 2022 and is currently developing. In 2004, he sold everything he owned, including clothes, to gamble $135,300. After betting on red, Revell doubled his money to $270,600 after the ball ended up on 7. After receiving funding from a British online bookmaker, Revell changed his name to "Ashley Blue Square Revell" and started an online poker company called Poker UTD. Without Sky One's Double or Nothing reality show, Revell's life-changing moment would have been lost in anonymity. Viewers helped Revell decide between red and black. Having bet everything on Black, the Brit would have flipped at the last minute and placed his bet on Red instead, which would have drastically altered the outcome. “There were only seconds left before I lost everything I had. In order to fund this crazy bet, I sold everything I owned and could not have left Las Vegas with anything more than my hired tuxedo.” After winning the life-changing prize, the 32-year-old founded his own poker company, Poker UTD. The venture ended up being short-lived, and he was eventually able to use the remaining funds to fund a motorbike trip across Europe, where he met his future wife as well. As an avid gambler, Ashley Revell has a deep knowledge and understanding of the gambling industry. He is also passionate about helping others and sharing that knowledge with them to make informed decisions. For that, the creation of the JackpotInside project becomes the perfect opportunity.
